Modern development acoustic and the videosystems applied in the radio-electronic and television technics, creation of new high-frequency devices which are applied at carrying out of space researches, in a radar-location, require the development of new devices of generating of the high-frequency electric signals, special superhigh-frequency (SHF) equipment (attenuators, connectors, splitters). SHF devices should have a frequency range up to tens and hundreds of GHz and should provide necessary levels of power.
