Reflectometer high-voltage oscillographic «ISKRA-3» is intended for definition of distance to the damaged place of communications and power supply cables.
The device allows:

To find out and to define distance to the damaged place or geterogeneity by location (reflectometeric) method on symmetrical and nonsymmetrical cables;

To measure cable length (including on the drums and in the hank) or distance to the break or short circuit places;

To memorize, store and process measuring data;

Consisting of ETL to define the distance to the damaged place in cables with length up to
12 km under all types of damages without prior insulation total burning (In detail >>>). |
