The procedural and preventive works connected with test of electric generators, transformers, electricity distribution device and corresponding power and secondary circuits have the big relative density in electrical supply system on power stations and substations. In view of considerable dispersal of these electric power objects on territory the peak efficiency of the decision of these problems can be provided only at use of mobile electrotechnical laboratories of different function.
