Turn ratio meter ÑÀ610 is intended for measurement of characteristics of autotransformers, single-phase and three-phase transformers and other scale converters of voltage and current, including:

turn ratio;

differences of phases of input and output voltages (further - angular phase difference);

an excitation current strength.
The instrument also is intended for check of group of connection of windings of three-phase transformers with groups of connection of windings:

Y/Yí-0, Y/Y-0, Yí/Y-0, Y/D-11, Yí/D-11, D/Yí-11, D/D-0;
-
Y/Yí-6, Y/Y-6, Yí/Y-6, Y/D-5, Yí/D-5, D/Yí-5, D/D-6.
