The temperature is one of the most widespread measured parameters which is used for the control and management of technological processes of the industrial enterprises. According to the statistical data about 40 % of all measurements are the temperature measurements. And in some industries (for example, in power) the share of temperature measurements can make up to 70 % from total of measurements. Irrespective of a kind of technological process temperature measurements remain one of principal measurements, estimation of results of which allows to make manufacture as much as possible safe, to provide equipment non-failure operation.
